To make sure our customers will be satisfied with their purchase. etotalk take most of pictures by ourselves. And we have a QC team who make sure all your products will be shipped in good condition. etotalk’s most important objective is: Customers get what they ordered and be satisfied.
All returns must include the following:
1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2. All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
3. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
4. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
5. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or in the shipping box.
- Only defective item is available for return. We do not accept returns if the products have no quality problems. Such as ‘I don’t like it’ ‘ The quality is not as good as I thought’
- Replacement & Refund
No refund is accepted, but the item can be sent back for a replacement within 30 days after you received it.For a replacement: We will do the replacement after we received the return package from customer.
Defective item can be send back for repair within one year.
Customer need to send the products back to us, When we receive the products. We will repair and ship back to customer.
Considering the international shipping is expensive. Product has tiny quality problem and it works well. We could offer partial refund according to your request.
