I have a couple questins :
1. i want this phone with 4.0 ( or higher) version , unlocked , rooted , with english, russion and hebrew Languages (menus interface and writing ), ability to get applications from google play.
is Etotalk MOD ROM it only i need ? or i have to select additional options ?
2. How is cost to ship to israel ?
