Which is the Rom on board, when you ship it: V1.6c Rom (Baseband 2B06) or V1.6b Rom (Baseband 2B06 - CPU 1.4 ghz)?
Which device do you recommend, ZTE U 960 or Huawei U8836D (a part from DSFA properties of ZTE)?

We recommend U8836D at the moment. The performance of U8336D is better.
