Is it any chance to purchase through yours shop a new touch screen for this phone, case mine has got a crack in accident. Our local ZTE service has no such touch screen, based on rules, that this phone has been issued only for Chinas market.

RAM and ROM exactly   (from: Germany)
now today I have ordered. Has the Smartphone really RAM = 512 mb and ROM firmly integrated = 4 GB

Yes, it is 512MB RAM & 4GB emmc ROM.
Note:
RAM is like your memory of your PC.
ROM is like your harddrive space of your PC.

If you checked the windows on your PC, you will see the harddrive will use a lot of space for the windows OS on your C drive.
And your PC memory will be also used for running your windows OS and some running programs.
So on your PC, your 300G harddrive will never be full 300G for space. And your 2G memory will never be full for 2G as well.
That is why 512mb of RAM and 512mb of ROM will never be full.
Based on our testing, for 512mb of ram, the correct information should show around 200~250 some mb on the phone,
and for 4GB of ROM, the correct information should show around 1GB on the phone (depending if you install any programs on your rom personally instead of sd card, this number will be ever smaller).
Because the 4GB ROM be split into 3 parts, one part is for installed system, one part is for application, last part is for built-in SD card.
Hope this can help you understand the concept of ram and rom better.

With heavy using making and receaving phone calls,text messaging,browsing the internet and listening to music what is the expected talk time capacity fo this phone? 7 hours?
Can I get a 2500 mah or greater capacity battery for this phone?
Is it dual active sim?

Hi,
Can you please help me,I just received the divice and I set up the internet conection , mobile networks, I have access to internet and google play... but when I try to dwnload an application it starts downloading but is doesen't end (the download ), it's still download (application is 450kb...), can you please advice
